Smoking bring no benefits to you. "TAK NAK MEROKOK"

When you are stress, you might having a thought of smoking to release stress. This so so wrong!!

These are the causes :


1) Lung cancer



2) Yellowish teeth



3) You are selfish, secondhand smokers are getting more harm than the smoker.



Think twice before you smoke. Here are the ways : You can do sports (gym, swimming, play badminton), play guitars, shout in your room, sing, or listen to songs to release stress. :)
