Beggarrrrr

Sometimes I do think that why do we need to give money to the beggar, they can work and earn money. But problem is that how many ppl will hire them? I believe if they get a job and work hard, they will earn stable income and don't need to become a beggar anymore.
            
As I working near pavilion, everyday I passed by sg wang and times square. They are a lot of beggar were there asking for money.
                                     
One lady with four/five kids(foreigner), they sit nearby the rubbish bin, and became a beggar. My thought is that the kids need to suffer with them. This is so heartbreaking. The kids should have be send to school for studies. And yet to stay on the street with her mum.

Others were some uncle (old age). I think that they might be having 2 possibilities 1) never save money for retiree age. 2) their family (wife/children) abandon and leave them alone.
